The february revolution begins with the demonstartion in Petrograd from International women's day. The crowd was mostly women striking for shortage of food due to the world war 2. -
Massive strike
After International women's day strike had spread. Tsar's order for the milatary failed since most of police and milatary joined the protesters and disobeyed orders. -
Protesters attacked
100 leaders of the revolutionary organizations arrestes. 169 workers were killed and about 100 were injured by General Khabalov's soldiers, acting under the Tsar's orders -
Decision making
Duma and Workers’ Soviet gather separately and begin making decisions about restoring order and making a new form of controlling the place. -
New Provisional government
Nicolas II abdicates his throne, and request his throne to his brother where he refuses, and so lost hope of keeping the monarchy alive so formed a new Provisional government. -
Abolishes some rules
The Provisional Government abolishes all religious and ethnic restrictions done by the Monarchy. Non-Russian languages are now allowed at private educational institutions and record keeping. -
October Revolution
Prvisional goverment ends with the start of the October revolution.
