Alexa first launched on the Amazon Echo in 2014. Exploding in popularity, the race was on for the best smart home devices with smart assistants. The invention of Alexa inspired competitors like Google Assistant, Cortana, and Siri. Alexa has changed computing & continues to learn more skills. -
Apple AirPods
AirPods are wireless Bluetooth earbuds developed by Apple. The first generation of AirPods released in December of 2016. The 2nd generation dropped in 2019 later in the year, and are called AirPods Pro. An extremely popular accessory Apple sold 35million AirPods in 2018. -
New Age Video Streaming
Video streaming is not a new concept, however in 2019 we saw a massive shift in how we consume media. There was a new hierarchic of entertainment & Netflix soared to the top. Spanning both tech companies and entertainment conglomerates each launching their own streaming services. Last November alone we had the launch of AppleTV, Disney+, HBO, Hulu & may others.
