"Sorry Glass. Or should I say....Oh noooooo!" Lance tripped Simon in the cafeteria as a prank. Most people didn't think it was funny and Rob Haynes was the only person who stopped and helped Simon pick up his scattered pens. -
Rob becomes friendly, Simon gets suspicious.
What's the deal Rob? You just woke up one morning and decided Simon Glass was your best buddy?" Rob starts talking to Simon and sitting with him at lunch. Simon is suspcious, Rob has never done this. No one has. -
The big dance.
"The moment is at hand. The Wolverine will present the crown to this year's Homecoming Queen." Glass was dancing with a queen under a spotlight and the crowd approved. It was magic all night. Pure magic.

Alice's flashback
"But if I'm that smart, why didn't I see through the Lance game? Same reason the others didn't see through Rob. It was something I wanted to see, so I chose to not to see." -
Coop's fake ID
The false ID that Simon gives Coop for christmas is a symbol of The future that Coop could have. The false ID gives Simon the power to help Coop have a good future and not end up pumping gas like his father. "If I have this right, Simon has signed up for the ACT in your name, and has somehow gotten a false ID so he can enter the testing station as Jeff Coop. He's going to take the test for you." -
The truth uncovered
Simon and Young do a little detective work looking for things about Rob's past, that he's hiding. They find something they never thought of. "I wanted to know, but I didn't want to that." -
Dumped or given away?
Young breaks things off with Ronna so Rob can have what he wants.
What did Ronna mean by "He gave me away"?
"Break up? No we didn't break up. He gave me away." -
The real reason
What was the REAL reason for Rob and Bob killing Simon? "I was to weak to strike but too full of hate to stop the blows."
