C.Has period of activity followed by periods of rest and quiet -
8th Month of Pregnancy
A.Baby is now 14-16 inches (36-41cm) long and weighs 2 1/2 - 3 pounds as month begins
B.Rapid weigh gain continues
C.May react to loud nosies with a jerking action and move into head down position -
9th Month of Pregnancy
A. Baby is now 17-18 inches (43-46cm) long and weighs 5-6 pound as month begins
B.weight gain continues and skin becomes smooth as fat deposits continue
C. Movement starts to decrease as their is little room to move around and acquires disease-fighting antibodies from the mother's blood
