    James Watt's improvement on the steam engine was a huge accomplishment for the Industrial Revolution. It allowed the steam engine to be able to do more things than just get sit on top of a mine. Eventually it was put to use on a train and made the fastest way of trnasportation yet.

    This was a book that was originally called "Manufesto of the Comunist Party". It was written in 1848 by Karl Marx and Freidrich Engels, who were German political therorists. This book was important because it outlines the pourpose of the communist party and mentions the "Class Struggle". It mentions the problems of capitalism, other than communism's potential. This book has earned the name of he worlds most influencial political manuscripts.

    Mathew Perry was a commodore, he went on a jouney to Japan in search of a japanese trade treaty. They tried to open the doors of trade between the United States and Japan. And on March 31st, representitives of both the United States and Japan signed a treaty to open trade between the two powers. This played a major role because we gained the japanese trade, Witch back then was only open to some of the chinese and the dutch. Japan had many recources that America needed.

    The Sepoy's, who were Indian soldiers trained by the Brittish army, heard rumors that the clips of their guns were covered in pig and cow fat. Outraged, they revolted agents the Brittish army.     By the 1850's, Germany was a jumble of 39 states that were each led by Austria and Prussia. Prussia decided to take advantage of the loose states and be a driving force to unify them. This event was important because it compeletly ruled out Austria from power. By the first World War, Austria had almost nothing, witch was later eaten up by Hitlers army.

    I 1884, Germany called together the major powers of of the western world to discuss and try to come to a conclusion about Afirica. There has been constant bloodshed over Africa because of its political position. The initial task of the conference was to agree that the Congo River and Niger River mouths and basins would be considered neutral and open to trade. The importance of this event was that everyone would get a share of Africa and this wouldnt result in a war.

    A conflict between Japan and Russia over East Asia. The Japanese fleet attacked the Russia navy at Port Arthur and began a siege of the city in February 1904. The Japanese won and gained control of Korea. This was a good win for Japan because it showed that they were supirior.

    This was a Bambatha revolt agenst the Brittish because of Brittish rule and taxation. The revolt was lead by Bambatha KaMancinza, who was leader of the amaZondi clan among the Zulu people. The revolt took place in Natal, South Africa. This was an important event in history because it severly hurt the Zulu people because of the staggering losses of men and money.

    Sun Yat-sen plays a critical role in the overthrowing of the Qing Dynasty. Witch was the last imperial dynatsy of China. He became the presedent of the Republic of China, he quickly fell out of power in the newly founded Republic of China, and led successive revolutionary governments as a challenge to the warlords who controlled much of the nation. But he died before his party come to power. He also developed the Three Principals of the People: nationalism, democracy, and the people's livelihood
