giant blocks of ice were crushing the ship. The Endurance was trapped!

we tried to save our ship.But it was no use,the Endurance sank.

It will be a dangerous journey, but shackleton had a plan to sail with

3 lifeboats to the nearest land. Harnessed like dogs they pulled the lifeboats to the water

rescued!

Aug 20, 1916

I saw my men they were waving from a distance I got them on the
boat.We were rescued.
