French and Indian War
This war was also known and call the seven years war. To the colonists this was a open hostilities in the middle of colonies and Great Britain. -

The Boston massacre was a badly riot between the redcoats and the colonists. It started off when the redcoats or one of the colonists fired there gun. -
Boston Tea Party
This event is were some colonists would aboard ships and dump hundreds of tea into the water. They did this because they started taxing tea. -
Intolerable Acts
This act was passed from British they wanted this act to be be a type of punishment for the Boston tea party. The British thought this would keep America in control. -
First Continental Congress
The Continental Congress served for the government. It took a lot of steps to declare America's independence from Britain. -
Lexington and Concord
The war stared on the Lexington town green. With people taxing stamps and tea this made the colonists mad so they started to protests witch started the gathering of the British troops and the colonists They started firing at town green and a lot more battles followed after this. -
Second Continental Congress
The second continental congress was summoned in Philadelphia. They had sessions in other locations such as Pennsylvania, Biltmore, and Maryland. -
Olive Branch Petition
This was a final attempt for the colonists to not go to war with Britain. Ignoring this olive branch petition would cost all of king George the 3's land. -
Common Sense
The one who wrote common sense pamphlet was Thomas Paine. People would go to caverns and read about this common sense pamphlet. -
Declaration of Independence
The Declaration of Independence is were people got the right to vote for a new government. All the 13 American colonists took the official act. -
Battle of Trenton
This event was happening when the American revolutionary war was going on. George Washington's army kept marching even if there was sleet and if even it was freezing. -
Articles of Confederation
The congress thought they needed a better and stronger government so they could defeat great Britain. In Dickinson's draft the Indians didn't have to pay for taxes. -

When winter happen, American continental army took camp at valley forge. While they were camping they were far away from the British. -

He turned the U.S into the British for money. When people found out and uncovered it, Andre was captured and killed for this. -
Siege of Yorktown
This event went on for about 20 days or so. Some people say that the battle for the Yorktown was a very lucky break. -
Treaty of Paris
This brought peace to great Britain and America. This also ended the war between the British and American colonists.
