    The Stamp Act was passed by the British Parliment that said every piece of pritned paper such as, legal documents and news papers were to be taxed. Many more products were taxed later on. This stage can be closley compared to the incubation stage because the troubles lingered for a very long time.

    The Boston Massacre was the event in which 5 colonist were shot and killed. This event shows how the Americans stressed, and outraged the British Soldiers.
  • Boston Tea Party

    The Boston Tea Party was the act of the colonist's getting on a ship and tossing the barrels of newly taxed tea into the Boston Harber. These people felt as though the tax on tea was unreasonable and unfair. This action is much like the symptomiatic stage in being sick because people are begining to riot.

    The Battle of Lexington was the first fight in the American Revolution. It was know as "the shot heard around the world". This battle started the domino effect of fights.To start this fight,the British General ,Thomas Gage, sent out 700 of his men to distroy the wepons that were in the town of Concord.This stage is the crisis stage, because America has successfully proceeded in their fights to freedom.

    The newly written Constitution created a federal system of government. In a federal system the power is split up between the federal government and the state government. Having a government in America led them to success, therefore becoming a legitament country. This stage would be the convalescence stage because America is recovering from the war.
