Due to the misleading judgement of the Australian army, they decided to send out their light horsement to ambush the Turkish trenches. Due to the incorrect descisions made by the ANZAC's, the attack failed and killed 234 horsemen and wounded 140 horsemen. -
Evacuation of Gallipoli
According to the ANZAC corps diary done by a single soldier, the Australian, British and New Zealand troops were able to flee the battle at Anzac Cove. Due to this evacuation, 26000 casualties were sustained.
