    The Thirteen Years' War was a number of battles between the Polish-Lithuanian and the Prussian-Confederation. The battle of Swiecino was the turning point of the war. On October 19,1466, the Teutonic knights, the prussian confederation, ran out of funding and had to resort to writing the Treaty of Torun.

    Columbus had been sailing for months to find a route to Asia to the west. He had given up and was going to circle back to Italy, when suddenly a crew member spotted land. Christopher Columbus reached the surface of the Bahamas and claimed it for Queen Isabella.

On the way to Africa, Gaiseric brought havoc and conquered areas around the Strait of Gibraltar. Gaiseric made it to Africa, and he turned on the govener and took over Carthage. Gaiseric, by capturing Carthag, threw off Roman Overlordship
