    Before we open up our business to the public we need to advertise our program so that we get employees, volunteers and most importantly the kids that will be participating in the program.

    before the opening our boxing arena it would be a crucial step to focus more on hiring counsellors and finding volunteers to help train the children, teaching them how to box.

    Before we start our program we discuss the payment methods that the parents would like to use. Our entire program cost $80 a semester, or we agree on a price to pay every week with the parents considering that most the troubled kids come from poorer households.

    Meeting the kids (Day 17)

    On the second day of opening up our boxing arena we will be meeting the troubled youth that will be participating in our program, It is important the the kids build relation ships with both our volunteers and the counsellors because they are all there to support the kids. The second day is like a free sample to see which kids would like to continue with our program, and which kids don't.

    First day of Training (day 18)

    The first day of training is where we put all our kids into different groups, all categorised by their age, weight and height. This day is more focused on the training side of things but our counsellors are always on site if a kid needs to see them.

    First day of counselling (Day 19)

    The first day of counselling lets the kids have some one on one time in a safe environment to talk about their lives and what is causing them so much anger and to act out

    Assigning kids to their counsellor (Day 20)

    Officially assign each kid their counsellor. One counsellor may see up to five kids, depending on how many have signed up.

    Pay our staff (Day 21)

    make sure we have all the bank details of our staff and that we are paying them correctly, as we will be paying them fortnightly.

    Cleaning (Day 22 - 23)

    After the weekly sessions with the kids it is important that we clean and sanitise all equipment and the boxing arena, even hire some cleaners or ask the volunteers to stay back and help

    Make sure that we are covering all our costs and still profiting from the boxing arena.

    Make sure that we are on top of all our tax and legal documents and that we are doing everything correct.

    Team bonding (Day 27 - 30)

    Have a three days of team bonding with both our staff/ volunteers and the kids in our program. it is important to build a relationship with all the members in our program and to build trust.
