    Day 1-5 Renting property (expression of interest) and apply for a grant

    In order to start up our service we need to apply for a grant which we can use to be able to put a deposit on for the building along with using the deposit for out equipment, clothing and furniture. we are looking for the building to be somewhere close and within the local area and also big enough for a boxing area and 2 other rooms for the youth workers.

    Day 6 - Getting approved for the building and the grant

    Once being approved for the grant and have payed the bond for the building and handed the keys we need to clean up and organise how we are going to set it up and what we need to buy.

    Day 7-Register our service and request sponsorship

    Register our service through the business Registration Service. In order to be able to purchase and have enough stuff I am going to write a letter of proposal for sponsorship which will help to buy the equipment needed.

    Day 8- Order equipment

    Once received a letter of approval for the sponsorship I will order all the equipment needed to be able to run the classes including the gloves , pads, water bottles, mats ect

    Day 9- Boxing arena

    Call up and enquire about the price to purchase a arena. Once found out the prices fall up and purchase.

    Day 10- Boxing arena purchase and set equipment up

    Boxing area will get dropped if and put into correct area. I will then set up the room and put all the equipment which was purchased into there areas.

    Day 11- Target market

    Create a survey on survey monkey and then post it on the community Facebook pages to seen how many parents will sign there kids up and the age group which will interested.

    Day 12- Logo and moto

    Come up with a logo for the boxing club and a moto for the club.

    Day 13-Advertise for youth worker position

    Create a job advertisement for youth worker position which will be available to start on opening day.

    Day 14- Clothing

    Call up and inquire about having some singlets and pants designed for the club.

    Day 15-Order clothing

    Once found best price place the order.

    Day 16- Interview for youth worker position

    Being the interviews for the youth worker position. After all interview pick best applicant and notify them about the successful application.

    Day 17- Order furniture

    Go online and order furniture for the office, youth workers room and also little things to decorate the place.

    Day 18- Budgeting

    Work out the hours of each worker and there pay rates. Also discuss and work out the price for the students to attend the club whether to will be a semester payment up front or pay fortnightly.

    Day 19- Create and registering our website

    Create and register our website which will help both parents and teen up to date with what’s happening and also just information about the service.

    Day 20- Assemble furniture

    Assemble all furniture which as arrived and then work out where and how it is going to placed.

    Day 21- Set up everything

    Once all furniture has been assembled place desk at the entrance than another desk in the youth workers room. Also add little decorations to the area make it look like a happy fun place to be.

    Day 22- 23- Meet the participants

    Have a 2 day bonding day so the workers are able to meet the interested participants this also allows them to be able to get to know who will be in the class with them and for he participants to get to know the workers , trainers and youth workers

    Day 24- Feedback

    After the bonding days the participants were asked to leave feedback about how there experience was and if there was anything they would like to be different about the club.

    Day 25- Feedback review

    Look back on the feedback which was received by the participants and see what they needed to do to make sure it was going to be a great service.

    Day 26- Advertise official opening day

    Advertise for the official opening day of the boxing club.

    Day 27- Organise the clothing

    Once received the clothing order organise into sizes and put into cupboards so it’s easy and quick to give out once payments have been received.

    Day 28-29- Final clean

    Do a final clean of the area making sure everything is clean and organised ready for a full on opening day.

    Day 30 - Opening day

    Finally the official opening day of the service.
