The Chinese Corporation was goin to partner with 3 other mexican companies for the development of the train, but one of those comanies, GRupo Higa, got attention of the people because they have been in almost every project since Peña Nieto has been the president. So now people said it was all corruption to give this mexican company another millionaire contract so the government had to revoke the contract to clear all these allegations. -
