My goal is to purchase a new desktop computer for around 900$, I will work towards this goal by getting a job, and saving at least 225$ month from that job to put towards a new computer, which should take me four months to complete. -
Measurable
I got a job for 10$ an hour at safeway so I will have to work atleast 25 hours a month to save the 225$ a month that I want to save for the computer. -
Attainable
After my first month of working, I was able to save 300$ towards the computer, so the goal will definetely be attainable as I should be able to save atleast 200$ for the next three months to pay for the computer. -
Realistic
After the second month of work I have saved over 600$ for the computer! Unfortunately since I am putting so much towards the new desktop I do not have a lot of money for my personal wants, but I really want this new desktop so it is worth it. -
Timebound
I finally managed to purchase my computer, in the time I had expected in four months. At first I thought I was going to get it in November, but I decided to put more money towards my own wants for that month, so I did not have enough, but now I have it in the time that I expected to get it.
