    As you can see from the title I will be telling you about the Underground Railroad. I will tell you what the Underground Railroad is. The person that made the Underground Railroad is\was Harriet Tubman. She freed over 300 slaves using the Underground Railroad. The Underground Railroad operated at night. The Underground Railroad led to Canada that is when slave started their freedom. But not all parts of the Underground Railroad led to the north some led to the south.

  • Border States

    If you don't know what the Border States are I will tell you what they are and some facts about them. The border states are Delaware, Kentucky , Maryland ,and Missouri. The Border States are in the union area and they are supposed to stay there because they where slave states that never seceded from the union. Slaves where free during the 1840 including New York and New Jersey. I hope you got more education about the Underground Railroad.
