    In 1945, representatives of 50 countries met in San Francisco to meet in the UN. The charter was signed by the 50 countries representatives. Poland was one of the UN that didn't show up therefore they next made it 51 countries.

    Happened in a Berlin suburb. Allied held after the Nazi regime fell, where allied leaders met. Truman, Stalin, and Churchill all discussed European peace settlements, and Stalin took East Germany.

    The hearings were held for the purpose of investigating conflicting accusations between the United states army and John McCarthy. They accused McCarthy of trying to get special treatment for his former aid and friend. While McCarthy was accusing the Army of being full of communists.
