    Yalta Conference
    The yalta conference was a meeting held to discuss futher issues that were going on. This meeting was held by prime minister Winston Churchill, Joseph Stalin and current president Franklin D. Roosevelt. The matters that were being discussed were the demand for germany's unconditional surrender. As well as to begin planning for a post-war world. In this meeting Stalin also agreed to have free elections in Eastern Europe and also to enter the war against Japan.

    American invasion as just a simple rumor at one point. Until the Japanese realized this was no rumor it was actually happening. At that moment they went to French colonial government and removed them immediatley, even though they were running independently, and began to sieze control for vietnam. in this event a severe famine strikes and about 2 milion deaths happened. Thos deathns were just because of starvation and it was out of 10 million people who made up the population.

    The Berlin Declaration was the document signed by the Germans declaring there surrender. It was not any surrender it was a unconditional surrender, although they did have the assumption of supreme authority of the four victorious powers.

    The Potsdam Conference was the last meeting ever held in world war 2. It was held by three men who were known as "Big Three". The three men were president Harriet Truman, prime minister Winston Churchill, and Joseph Stalin. In this last meeting they discussed about the Germany economy, any punishment for war criminals and land boundires. One important thing was also reparations. Another topic that came about was the unconditional surrender they were going to ask from Japan.

    The Eurpean Recoery Program was another name for the marshall plan. The marshall plan helped spark econimic recovery. It also met its own objective of how it was to the confidence of the Europeans in the future when they come across any economic trouble.

    The Containment Policy was to follow two aprroaches. The first one was military and the second one was economic. George C. Marshall decided to propose to te eauropeans finacial support. in which if they were to need anything they would just be able to ask the U.S. This proposale was also given to the soviet union. Soviet Union decided to quit the paris to go and discuss the marshall plan.
