Marshall Plan
This was a plan to restore the country back to normal after the war. This was the US giving money to all the people who where hit by the war. Mostly Western Eurpoe being givin $130 billion. So they can rebuild etc. -
Truman Doctrine
This is a american foreign policy created to counter soviet geopolitical hegemony. This was the US tring to do as much as they can to help out the countries being attact by german forces. -
Berlin Airlift
US, British, And soviet military devided and occupied Germany. The different countries made occupation zones. Try to get to berlin to free all of the people. -
NATO
An organization for treaties formed around the North Atlantic Treaty. This is a military alliance of European and North American democracies founded after World War 2. -
Warsaw Pact
This is a treaty of friendship and mutual assistance. This was a collective defensive treaty among soviet union and seven soviet satellite in central and eastern europe.
