    With WW2 ending, and many countries struggling, the United Nations was formed to pursue peace. The United Nations began to pass bills like the Universal Declaration of Rights to ensure the security and peace of each individual.
  • Marshall Plan

    Marshall Plan
    Secretary of State George Marshall proposed that the U.S. provided economic assistance for the economic infrastructure of postwar Europe. Truman signs off on the document, officially named the Economic Recovery Plan of 1948.
