    Boston Latin School
    The Boston Latin School was established to teach boys dual languages of Latin and Greek in the New World. The boys in attendance were of higher class and were intended to use the languages to become high power leaders of the state. Reverend John Cotton played a major role in the beginning works of the school. Cotton wanted to create a school such as the one in Boston, England called the Free Grammar School.
