    Shoes were made for both right & left feet

    http://www.datesinhistory.com/may20.php before the 14th century, shoes were made the same way, straight and narrow. But during the year 1310, an unanimous person invented the right and left shoe. It changed the way people's feet reacted to walking and blisters were less of an issue.

    Kappa Sigma Established

    http://www.kappasigma.org/fraternity Kappa Sigma Fraternity was established in 1400 by Manuel Chrysoloras. The purpose of the fraternity was to keep young males who were in school safe from tirents such as Baldassare Cossa. It was a safe house for individuals to feel safe. In 1869, Kappa Sigma was founded in the U.S. at University of Virgina. It has exploded into one of the biggest fraternities in the world with over 400 chapters and 250,000 current members.

Train travel would pick up later on, but this was the start of the media giving the public a betetr sense of what was going on with the railroads.

This set back New York City, but it also gave way to new buikdings that are still around to this day. This event was a highlighted event in the media world when the fire happened. NEwspapers all over the country had articles portraying the event and how it happned.

He was left motherless in his infancy and was raised by his grandmother. Stephen Alonzo Jackson is regarded as possibly the most important man in Kappa Sigma's history. Through his efforts a struggling local fraternity became a strong national organization. He was the architect of our Ritual, writer of our Constitution, and was our first Worthy Grand Master.

    Norman Rockwell was a key figure 'The Saturday Evening Post' popularity. He gave the magazine vibrant colors that stood out on news stnads. He was also involved with the 'Boy Scouts of America'.
