  • Specific

    a specific goal has a much greater chance of being accomploshed than a general goal. You have to apply the 6 "W" questions which include *Who *What *When *Where *Why and *Which
  • Measurable

    Make a criteria of measuring progress towards each goal you make. When you measure your progress you stay on track and reach your target dates.
  • Attainable

    Identify which goals are most important to you and figure out ways you can reach them. You can attain any goal you set when you plan your steps wisley and establish a time frame that allows you to carry out those steps.
  • Realistic

    A goal must represent an objective toward which you are both willing and able to work for. You are the only one that can determine how big your goals should be.
  • Timley

    Goals should be grounded with a time frame. With no time frame, goals are likely to be put off and not accomplished.
