    Non Whites barred from testifying

    A man on trial who was white had key witnesses in his trial. Those people were Asian and because of this they were not allowed to be witnesses. The court said that “no black or mulatto person or Indian shall be allowed to give evidence in favor of or against a white man”.
  • African Americans denied citizenship

    The U.S Supreme Court decided that African Americans were not citizens no matter their status. They taxed African Americans the same but they didn't have the same luxuries as white people. It went in until 1868 but the work done by African Americans are only profited by whites. No reparations were paid to African Americans. Instead it was given to the slave owners.

    In 1934, federal government creates programs that subsidize low-cost loans,nonwhite home buying homes because instead of the whites they are all moving into those home buying instead of renting houses.There are a huge wealth gap between the whites and nonwhite people. Until this day there are still discrimination with the white and black people.
