    Effect: "Siglo de Oro" - Golden Century for Spain, Yielding riches back to Spain, Fueling the Habsburg Empire.War on a global scale; from Europe to The Americas, and also the exploration and development for the next 500 years of the Americas and it's resources by multiple nations.

Spain's goal was to invade England and take over Queen Elizabeth the I of England and the tudor establishment of protestants. England and Spain had been fighting over the Netherlands, so whoever would win this fight could completely take over the Netherlands alot easier.

The Royalists included king Charles I, against the Roundheads who governed by Oliver Cromwell leading the Parliamentarians. Effect: The be-heading of Charles I, peace within England, Bill of Rights

Cromwell's rule was very unfavorable to the people because of the extreme Puritan views and laws banning anyone from drinking in taverns, or anything he deemed sinful.

    James II introducing the British Bill of Rights as a bill of rights declaring the rights of the government, stating that Parliament had just as much power as the king or queen. Effects: Future governments and nations copying this practice of creating a bill of rights to state the rights of any aspect.
