Mao Zedong lead a communist party into office through a rebellion. He would then make the country a communist government and opposed countries with democratic policies. Later he would help from countries like the Soviet Union. -

This was an organization made up of communist european countries with the main one being the Soviet Union. This treaty or group gave all military control to the Soviet Union. This was a response to the forming the group NATO.
