    It was created to make sure products and workers would work towards completing their job.

    a man named Maslow thought up of this, he thought that grouping and ordering of physical security, social, and self fulfilment are important needs.
  • Theory x

    A man named Douglas Mcgregor developed two contrasting theories, these two theories were called theory X and theory Y.
