This was an electronic handheld ment for children. It was used for educational purposes and was used by a good amount of people. -

This phone costed 3,995 dollars back in 1983. It took ten hours to charge and that ten hours got you 30 minutes of talk time. It was a symbol of wealth if you were caught holding one. -
The ET-10 Epson
It was the first liquid crystal pocket color TV and it could fit in your pocket. The display measured at 2.13 inches. -
The NES
Japan released their "Famicon" as the Nintendo Entertainment System which had a similar build to the VCR. It was the highest selling console in the history of America and it revolutionized the video game market. -

It was a sound activated electral switch that worked with any American standard electrical outlet. -

Tim Berners-Lee, a computer scientist, is the man who made the Web. It was made in Europe. It is an informational system of interlinked hypertext documents that are accessed by the internet. -
Hubble Space Telescope
The Hubble Space Telescope was sent into space and it was revolutionary for astronomy. Its mission lasted 25 years. -
Electronic Mail
Also known as e-mail, is a way to send digital messages from one to another. Electronic mail was actually a thing before the internet. -

Windows 95 isn't the first Windows but it was definetly a big step towards the future. It originally went out without Internet Explorer but was eventually added. -
Dolly (Sheep)
Dolly was the first animal to be cloned. She lived for almost seven years. This was big for science. -
Netflix
The idea that is Netflix was thought of when a man was forced to pay $40 in overdue fines after he returned Apollo 13. Netflix had 30 employees at the beginning. Netflix today is a big movie service. -
MP3
The first portable MP3 players were made after Microsoft, in 1997, added MP3 support into its Windows Media Player. -
Google
Everyone knows about Google so here are some fun facts. It is a play on the word "googol", which is a math term for the number represented by the numeral 1 followed by 100 zeros. I don't understand what this means but it sounds fun! The company office started in someones garage. -
BlackBerry 850
This was the first of the series that ended sometime in the 2000s. It supported email and browsing.
