    Sea Route to Asia

    Europeans seek a sea route to Asia because they know the Asians are advanced. The europeans want to trade and become rich. The only conflict is that they have to go by sea because they don't want to go throug the muslims

    Prince Henry the Navigator

    Prince Henry wasn't actually a navigator. Prince Henry wanted to control pieces of land out of Europe so he funded missions to go get land.

    Ming Dynasty and Exploration

    Zheng He did all of the exploration for the Ming Dynasty. He traveled all the way from China to Southeast Asia. Adventually he travelled all the way to India. After Zheng He died China stopped exploring to build the Wall.

    Christopher Columbus was an Italian explorer. Columbus's most important discovery was the new land. They called it the new land but now it is known as America. He led ships to search for a new sea route to Asia but he found America.
