    9/11 was a foreign policy because, after the attacks, US made it more complicated for foreigners wanting to come to America. Also, multiple documents established that certain countries may have more requirements or regulations than other countries just because that country may be believed to have people that want to harm the USA.
  • Congress and NATO declares "War on Terrorism"

    After the 9/11 Al-Qaeda terrorist attack against the United States, there were attacks and invasions on terrorist groups but in the eyes of Congress and NATO, the most effective method to stop terrorism is to set regulations and laws that make it difficult for terrorist to harm other people.The most known laws and regulations regarding terrorism were made after the US government realized they couldn't blame just a certain group because they did not have an idea of who was doing the attacks.

Bush's idea was if they help the oppressed people in foreign countries get their rights then they will be in favor of getting rid of communism.

The missile defense system was put in Poland during a crisis of bad relations between the United States and Russia just in case Russia launches missiles or fighter aircraft's towards the United States.

    President Obama lifts all travel restrictions to see relatives in Cuba and send letters or gifts. However, later that year President Obama approved continuing the Trading with the Enemy Act, which regulated the say that Cuba has in agreements such has nuclear weapons that Cuba can have, and in this example, Cuba had no say in whether or not they can obtain nuclear weapons but many Foreign Gov. Investigators believe Cuba has nuclear capability and that there is no way to make sure Cuba doesn't.
