Chapter 2
Max meets Kevin as his mom and him move in next door. -
Chapter 3
Max helps retrive the onithopter, and he shows Kevin "the down under". -
Chapter 4
Kevin explains his love for robots, knights, and King Arthur, until his mom rushes him home. -
Chapter 5
Max is invited to Kevin's house as an apology to rushing away earlier. The Fair Gwen talks about Max's mother. -
Chapter 6
On the 4th of July Max and Kevin are approached by "The Blade", a gang boss. -
Chapter 7
Max and Kevin are ambushed by "The Blade" and his gang. With Kevins planning the escape. -
Chapter 8
Grim and Gram fuss over Max being brought home by the police, and the ambush on them. -
Chapter 9
Kevin brings Max to see the reseach facility that was supposed to give him a new body once needed. -
Chapter 10
Kevin wakes up Max in the middle of the night to go on an adventure. They retrieve a purse stolen by "The Blade's" gang that was left in the sewer. -
Chapter 11
Max and Kevin meet Iggy and Lorreta. They keep them in their apartment for a long talk learning about Max's father. -
Chapter 12
Max gets brought into the regular classes with Kevin. Kevin nearly starts a near riot and gets Max and him sent to the principals office. -
Chapter 13
Kevin chokes on one of his favorite foods nearly suffocating. Max's dad is released from prison. -
Chapter 14
Grim threatens to by a gun to keep Max's father away from their house along with the restraining order. Max promises to stay in the house for the next few weeks. -
Chapter 15
Max gets Kevins dictionary for christmas, along with a book to fill their adventures with. Max's dad returns by sneaking in through a window in the down under. -
Chapter 16
Max' dad kidnaps him and takes him to Iggy and Loretta's house. -
Chapter 17
Max's dad tries to prove his innocences, and they move from Iggy's to a house were the owner is gone. -
Chapter 18
Max and his dad are move to a cellar below the street. Max get tied up by his dad. -
Chapter 19
Max's dad goes to check with Iggy about transportation. After he left Lorettta tries to unbind Max, but is caught and began to be strangled to death. -
Chapter 20
Max tries to stop his dad from strangling Loretta and declares that he saw him kill his mother. Kevin shows up with a squirt gun filled with "acid" and escapes with Max. -
Chapter 21
They all go to the police station, gathering evidence to put Max's dad back in jail, and Wait for everything to cool down afterwards. -
Chapter 22
It's Kevin's birthday, Max and him have a conversation about remembering. Kevin get a new computer then has a seizure, and has to be rushed to the hospital. -
Chapter 23
Kevin tells Max, while in the ICU, that he wants him to start righting their adventures in the book. He will get his "bionic" surgery soon. -
Chapter 24
Max sneaks off to the hospital to go see if Kevin made it through the "bionic" surgery. The people will not let him in. He goes on a rampage trying to get to Kevin, but is caught. The doctor explains that Kevin died because his heart was to big, and understood that it would happen -
Chapter 25
After accepting Kevins death Max goes back to school. He begins and finishes righting their adventures in the book.
