RoadTrip to California!

  • The start of our Journey

    First we will be leaving Oak Harbor to Burlington costco
    and collect snacks for our road trip. Then we will stop at the local USA Gasoline Station to fill up on gas. (29 highway miles per gallon x $2.84 per gallon)= $82.36. We drive down to Medford,OR and will stay in Quality inn & suites. the cost is $80.00 per night , which would come out to $160.00 for two rooms.

  • We leave Quality inn & suites

    Sunday morning we will eat at Rooster's Restaurant before leaving Medford. When we arrive in California we would need to make a stop for gas at the Sacramento costco for our second gas stop.

  • We arrive at Studio Inn and Suites

    For the rest of this day, we will be resting from the drive and eating at Veracruz restaurant.

  • Knott's Berry Farm

    Tickets per person will cost $43.00. For the next couple of days in California, our transportation to get around will be by bus.   • Santa Monica Pier

    On the morning of the 16th we will be eating complimentary breakfast at our hotel and going down to the Santa Monica Pier, where we would be walking around and riding rides.

  • Santa Monica State Beach

    Today we will go down to the Santa Monica State Beach and enjoy the sun and waves of California. We would be eating breakfast at the hotel and eating lunch/dinner at Back on the Beach restaurant.

  • Universal Studios

    Today we will be going to Universal Studios, before we leave we would be eating at the hotel. For lunch/dinner we would be eating at Luigi's pizza. After, we will be going to Phineas Q. Butterfat’s Ice cream shop for some ice cream.

  • Leave Studio Inn and Suites

    We will head back up to Sacramento Costco to fill up on gas. Then we will start to head back to Medford OR, where we will be staying at the Quality inn and suites.
