Why is England famous?
England was famous back then to the North, Central, South America because they gave them slaves so they can give more products to each other so they could survive. Africa is where they got their slaves. England was famous for them because they gave them goods and guns so they would get people to go and be slaves in America. They had 12.5 million slaves shipped from Africa to America between 1525 and 1866 -
Successes
England was successful because they made America happy by getting them slaves when needed and they made Africa happy because they would give them things to survive on and advance weapons for slaves. England made everyone successful while they were getting successful. -
Failure
The failure that they had was how badly they treated the slaves on the ships because if they would have treated them better then the slaves would have lived longer -
Legacy Today
They are famous today for a lot of things like their soccer players and their educational institutes. Also they have a long last queen. The queen they have right now is Queen Elizabeth II, she surpasses Queen Victoria's record as the UK's longest serving monarch. -
Tools and Weapons
Tools They used compasses to know which way they were ships were going, also sand glass to see how fast their ships were going.
Weapons They had guns that they gave African people. -
Why should we care?
We care about what England did because we don't want history to repeat itself. Also because we don't want people to have to become slaves again because that was a dark time in our life's. -
