    PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: Get lots of physical activity but be careful not to overexert yourself and not to injure yourself by doing dangerous activities.
    PREVENTIVE CARE: Have a physical exam every 5 years. Use contraceptives. Go to a therapist regularly to take care of my mental/emotional health. Protect my skin and eyes from the sun.

    PREVENTIVE CARE: Get a physical exam every 5 years and hearing/vision exams. Maintain a healthy weight to prevent chronic medical conditions by eating right and exercising regularly. Avoid smoking and drug use, and drink alcohol infrequently

    HEALTHY EATING: Eat a balanced diet low in sat, sodium, and cholesterol.
    PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: Be active for at least 1 hour every day and don't do too many high-intensity activities.
    PREVENTIVE CARE: Have a physical exam every 2-3 years. Find out your family health history and proceed accordingly. Mainly spend this decade trying to assess your body for future problems such as osteoporosis, risk of heart attack, etc.

    HEALTHY EATING: Lean proteins, healthy fats, whole grains, fruits and veggies, and minerals. Stay away from high sodium items and unhealthy fats.

    PREVENTIVE CARE: Have a physical exam every 1-2 years. Remember that when you're in your 50's you can't escape the effects of getting older. Challenge your mind to keep your brain function high. Do not smoke and drink in moderation. Get 6-8 hours of sleep every night.

    PREVENTIVE CARE: Have a physical exam every 1-2 years. No smoking and moderate alcohol consumption. Learn about warning signs for serious medical conditions and talk to your doctor regularly about any health concerns.
