We have to do things for the common good even if it doesn't benefit us at all.

In the beatitude "Blessed are the pure in heart: for they will see God." they mention how we will see God. We have to not let others affect our morals and continue to believe what we think is right. We have to continue through life even if we are in a difficult situation.

    The virtue of wisdom is linked to the beautitudes because you need to open to others situations and willing to help them, even if it doesn't benefit you. In one of the beautitudes it states "Blessed are the peacemakers: for they will be called children of God" this shows how we need to have the wisdom to avoid conflict and resolve it peacefully.

    We can find happiness in living in contradiction to the status quo by not letting others control our lives. We should do what is right and not let others control our morals and decisions. We shouldn't let people decide our values and religion. Furthermore as individuals we have to help others for the common good and not be selfish to further our own needs. In conclusion we should do things we love even if our others shun us
