  • Leauge of Nations

    Founded on 10 January 1920 as a result of the Paris Peace Conference that ended the First World War. This is significant because it ended the war and that is always good because there should never be wars between the countries we should always be at peace with one another.
  • Fascism in Italy

    Is the original fascist ideology, as developed in Italy. This is significant because italy is know to develope this thing.
  • Hitler Beer Hall

    Adolf Hitler (1889-1945) and his followers staged the Beer Hall Putsch in Munich, a failed takeover of the government in Bavaria, a state in southern Germany. This is significant because although Hitler did come to power he failed to take over at this time if he would of been in power at this time he made of killed more jews or even othher races.
  • Japan invades Manchuria.

    The Japanese invasion of Manchuria began on September 18, 1931, when the Kwantung Army of the Empire of Japan invaded Manchuria immediately following the Mukden Incident. This is significant because it shows how Japan came from nothing and turn into a stronger army and started to invade.
  • Nazi Germany

    Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy sign a treaty of cooperation on October 25; on November 1, the Rome-Berlin Axis is announced.
  • Japan invades China

    was a battle between the Republic of China's National Revolutionary Army and the Imperial Japanese Army, often used as the marker for the start of the Second Sino-Japanese War (1937–1945).
  • Germany incorporates Austria in the Anschluss.

    On this day, Adolf Hitler announces an “Anschluss” (union) between Germany and Austria, in fact annexing the smaller nation into a greater Germany.
  • Munich agreement

    Germany, Italy, Great Britain, and France sign the Munich agreement which forces the Czechoslovak Republic to cede the Sudetenland, including the key Czechoslovak military defense positions, to Nazi Germany. This is significant because at least the countries came to an agreement.
  • German pressure

    Under German pressure, the Slovaks declare their independence and form a Slovak Republic. The Germans occupy the rump Czech lands in violation of the Munich agreement, forming a Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. This is significant because it tells you how Germany came about.
  • The Integrity

    France and Great Britain guarantee the integrity of the borders of the Polish state. This is significant because the two agreed on one desision.
