    During this period film strips were really popular.It created a growing enthusiasm for visual education movements. This became a huge political demand to increase education efficiency. By1930 educators were trianed to use these technologies as visual instuction. It was endorced that it was a modern progressive teaching. Advantage: Early studies found; learners found using film superior in learning information and concepts comaparing traditional methods. Disadvange; teachers lacked skills.

    During the 1920-1930 radio was introduced in classrooms. When schools started to implement using radio in classrooms studies researched that they were not as effective. However, some parts of the third world countries and rurul areas are still using radio. The reviewing survey evaluated some of the pionts wht radio was not as effecitve; poor radio reception, programmes not related to curriculum, class room work seemed more valuable, teachers were not as interested and lack information.

    Educational televion became increasingly popluar by 1980 by then three quarter of schools started using the programmes in some lessons. Bates highlights that televison could provide schools the closest to real experience. Lawrence Conrad reasoned that telvesion could be a power tool on education. Most eduactors welcomed televion as a quick nad efficient and inexpensive method to satisfy the nations instructional needs. The disadvantage: televsion were not used as much, distructive in lessons.
