    The flip book was created in 1868 by John Barnes Linnett originally it was called a Kineograph. The Flip Book is known to be the first form of animation using a sequence of images. The Flip Book is still used today by many artists and animators and even by children.

Mickey Mouse's first appearance was in Steamboat Willie by the famous Walt Disney in 1928 who was also responsible for tons of creations after that were great hits.
