Arthur Fadden

He was in office from the 7th of October 1941 to the 5th of July 1945. He was born on the 8th of January 1885 and died at the age of 60 years old on the 5th of July 1945. John Curtin died just 6 weeks before the end of world war 2 in the Pacific. -

He was elected Liberal Party leader to replace Harood Holt, who had dissapeared the previous month while swimming off the Victorian coast and presumed dead.
