Bill Gates and Microsoft release Windows which forever changed desktop computing. Microsoft Windows 1.0 was named this because instead of typing commands, Windows allowed users to point and click to access a box or 'window'. -

The Founding Of Facebook
Faceook was founded by Mark Zuckerberg with his college roommates The website's membership was initially limited to Harvard students, but was expanded to other colleges in the Boston area and gradually expaned to most universities in Canada and the United States. By September 2006 Facebook was open to anyone and everyone of age 13 and older with a valid email address. -
The iPhone
The original iPhone or IPhone 1st generation, was designed and created by Apple Inc. It featured cellular connectivity and supported data transfers.
