    Frederick W. Taylor is one of the most famous person of the Scientific Management. His scientific management is that the systematic study of relationships between people and tasks for the purpose of redesigning the work process to increase efficiency. Taylor tried to specialize each work process and divide it also. Then he believed it reduced the amount of time and effort to produce a unit of output. His Four Principle proved his theory.     Theory X is a negative assumptions about workers and Manager's task is to supervise workers closely and control their bejavoir. Rewards and punishiments is the way for this theory. Thory Y assumes that workers are not inherently lazy. So the manager's task is to distribute a goals and opportunity to be imaginative and to exercise initiative and self-derection.
