The Public Library in South Carolina
In 1698 there was the first public library created, this was established in Charles Town, South Carolina. The library was created before hand but in 1698 the government decided to actually taken it over in order to protect it. -

The federal government tells schools to let trans gendered children to use the bathroom they feel most comfortable using. However many state legislative do not agree with this and start creating laws where these trans gendered children are only to use the bathroom their biological sex would use.
