    Parents from Frances Howell school (mostly white children) were outraged an held a town meeting regarding "those kids from Normandy" coming into Frances Howell school

  • Frances Howell no longer accepts students from Normandy

    Normandy loses too much money to keep transferring students to Frances Howell. Most students are sent back to Normandy
