The Birth of the Ebooks
Start of the project Gutenberg. Its a global effort to make books and documents in the publice domain available electonically, for free, in a variety of Ebooks and electronic formats. It began when Michael Hart realized that the future of computers wasn't in computing itself, but in the storage, retrieval and searching information. Michael Hart also manually typed the Declaration of Independence and launched project Gutenberg to make information contained in books available in electronic form. -
The Beginning of TCP/IP

One of the greatest advancemenst are Yahoo and Google. The amount of information we can find is hard to believe. They are updated a lot and contain amazing information and are constantly advancing in as many ways as we can. -
Smart Phones
Some people say that Smart Phones will soon exceed the amount of users on the internet. As phone technology advances it makes it more easy to search around the web instead of going on the computer. About 25% of all Smart Phone users say that they use the web on their phones insteand of computers. About one third of all people with smart phones say that they don't have high speed broad band at home.
