    The Osborne was introduced in 1981 and weighed 24.5 pounds. It is considered the first portable computer.

    The IBM PC was introduced in 1981 and won Machine fo the Year in 1982. It was immensely popular in the market.
  • Apple Lisa

    Apple Lisa
    It was the first successful personal computer that used GUI, however it was very expensive. It had a purchase price of nearly 10,000 dollars.
  • Apple Macintosh

    Apple Macintosh
    The Apple Macintosh was 1/3 of the price of the Apple Lisa. It included a 3 and a half inch floppy disk.
