    The French revaluation started in 1789 and ended in around 1799. Before it started the life you lived was determined by where you were in the hierarchy. You were born in to your position and no matter how hard you work there was almost no chance of you ever changing your position. Then the people at the bottom of the hierarchy decide to rebel against the higher ranked people. They won the fight then the British colonies in America declared independence and beat the American army. Changing Europe

    In 1793 Eli Whitney in invented the cotton gin, a device that separates cotton fibres from their seeds. The process uses a small screen and pulling hooks to force the cotton through the screen. This allowed more cotton to be made and in a quicker time which was convenient considering doing it manually used to take a long time and could be hard to do. The fibre were then treated and turned into clothing or other things made of cotton.

    In the mid-1800s ships powered and iron-clad battleships had surfaced and helped provide people with faster transport allowing quicker exploration. The new ships were able to turn sharper and quick making the easier to steer down windy rivers. These war ship were equipped with cannons and guns with better aim and could fire roughly 8 kilometres. The new hi-tech war ships where very intimidating and could scare off the locals just by overwhelming them with their mighty looks.

    In 1857 Australian football or AFL was invented by tom Willis, H.C.A. Harrison, W.J. Hammersley and J.B. Thompson. The first recorded match was between scotch collage and Melbourne grammar school, the sport went up hill from there. In 1859 the Geelong football club was formed and after that in 1866 an improve set of rules were set into play and the sport of AFL began. The Victorian Football League was established in 1896 and the year after the League had its first games played

    Franz Ferdinand Assassination
    In 1914 Franz Ferdinand the heir to the Austro-Hungarian Empire was assassinated along with his wife. This out raged the Austro-Hungarian Empire and believed to have started the Great War. This effected everyone one in the world financially, mentally and physically. Money was been poured in to the army and people were trying to flee to a safe place. The war made people think of new inventions like different types of guns. There were also improvements on things that evolved mankind for the better
  • Gallipoli

    Gallipoli
    On the 19 of February 1915 the Anzac troops invade Gallipoli, they didn’t know that there were other troops waiting there for them. The instantly started to get mowed down and it became a blood bath. After a couple of moths the troops started to evacuate. On 19 and 20 December, the evacuation of Anzac and Silva was completed with the last British troops leaving Cape Helles by 8 January 1916. Australian casualties for the Gallipoli campaign amounted to 26 111,
