Other countries, such as Germany, have allowed many more refugees into their country than America has. This could really appeal to people who oppose immigration, but to supporters, this could be an annoyance. -
Obama Defends Muslim Immigration
President Obama makes a speech that defendws Muslim immigration to the U.S., saying that "Immigration is the core of the American Identity" ( Gregory Korte, USA TODAY)
He also states that he will admit 5 times the amount of refugees into America this year than in the past 4 years.
This shows that Obama has no thought of stopping immigration.
