The iPhone 3G was a really big deal. This iPhone now came with an AppStore, which let third-party developers create different games and programs that could be downloaded for the first time. -

The iPhone 3GS was the successor to the iPhone 3G. The S stood for speed, it had improved performance and an upgraded camera which took better pictures. -
iPhone 4
The iPhone 4 featured a brand new design. It had an advanced stainless steel frame which doubled as an antenna. It also included a new "Retina HD display" and a new A4 Chip. But, the most known feature of this iPhone was the addition of Facetime, a new Video Chat app builkt into the iOS software. -
iPhone 4S
The iPhone 4S was the last iPhone that Steve Jobs worked on before he died. It included a new vgfirtual assistant called Siri, that could complete simple tasks by responding to your voice. Example: Giving the Weather or saying who won the sports game.It also came with a new 8MP camera that could film 1080P video, and was an improvement from the 4. -

The iPhone 5 had a newcharging port, which was reversible. A powerful- Apple designed A6 chip, and LTE support for the first time. This iPhone had very high demand. -

The iPhone 5S came with a fingerprint scanner called Touch ID, it could be used to unlock your phone or even authenticate purchases from the iTunes Store. It also came with an A7 chip and iOS out of the box. -
iPhone 6 and 6 Plus
The iPhone 6 and 6 Plus were the largest iPhones yet with bigger displays. They both came with iOS 8, improved cameras, and a new A8 Chip. The most popular feature, iks Apple Pay. Now people could make wireless purchases with their iPhones, using NFC technology. The iPhone 6 was Apple's best selling iPhone yet, esppecially in China. -
iPhone 6S and 6S Plus
iPhone 6S and 6S Plus come with a new feature beyond multi-touch, it's called 3D Touch: A force sensitive display that let's applications "pop out" in a new way. They also come with a new A9 Chip. These are Apple's latest iPhones. -
iPhone 7 prediction
Based on previous iPhones, the next iPhone will most likely be called the iPhone 7. I predict it will have wireless charging like Samsung and Nokia, an A10 chip, and another new camera.
