  • The iPhone

    The iPhone
The first iPhone was announced by Steve Jobs in January 2007 in San Francisco. It had a limit on what you could do as in not being able to connect to Wi-Fi or even not having an app store to download those trending social media apps. The screens on the iPhone were plastic but got changed to glass before mass production started witch delayed the release date. Apple sold the millionth iPhone after only 5 days on the market. http://www.brighthub.com/mobile/iphone/articles/82615.aspx
  • iPhone 3G

    iPhone 3G
The iPhone 3G (2nd Generation) was majorly improved but still implemented what everyone enjoyed about the 1st model. This model allowed you to connect to Wi-Fi, get directions, or view your emails while your on a call. Back in 2008 this was revolutionary, nobody seen anything similar to this. Witch lead to a new model one year later. http://www.apple.com/pr/library/2008/06/09Apple-Introduces-the-New-iPhone-3G.html
  • iPhone 4

    iPhone 4
The iPhone 4 is one of Apple's risky design choices ever. The whole device was built of glass and aluminum. Many people were outraged because it would be less durable and would crack easier. They made up for that by including a front facing camera with software to make video calls, including a bigger battery, and improving the camera quality. This would be the first iPhone in history to be released with Verizon Wireless. http://www.apple.com/pr/library/2010/06/07Apple-Presents-iPhone-4.html
  • iPhone 5

    iPhone 5
The iPhone 5 introduced a 4 inch screen, slim slim sides, a full aluminum body with also introducing better battery life. The biggest improvement would have to be the battery. It gives you more hours to be used than all the other models. This phone was available for many service providers (Verizon, at&t, sprint, tmobile, metro pcs, etc.). https://support.apple.com/kb/sp655?locale=en_US
  • iPhone 5c

    iPhone 5c
The iPhone 5c was created for people who dont need all the fancy gadgets and features that the 5s came with. Apple went a step back and went back to the plastic uni-body design from 2008. This iPhone came in 5 different colors (It had all the same specs as the iPhone 5 but it was cheaper for apple to produce because of the plastic body. Many people who couldnt afford the newer Phones could surly afford this one.

  • iPhone 6/ 6 Plus

    iPhone 6/ 6 Plus
The iPhone 6 gave the consumers everything they could ask for. It came in two versions a 4.7" screen or a 5.5" screen. The "6 Plus" came with a bigger battery and a improved camera. The regular "6" had a good battery and camera but just not as good as the Plus. This was a huge difference from the previous generations because apple have continued with a small same screen size for years and just changed it. This shocked the whole smartphone market.

  • iPhone 7 and 7 Plus

    iPhone 7 and 7 Plus
Say goodbye to the headphone jack! The iPhone 7 takes a risky turn and decides to remove the headphone jack to include a bigger and more responsive "tap-tic" feedback. This new generation does not really change in the design aspect but the interior specs is what makes the phone feel completely faster than previous gen. This phone is made for people who need that extra second of speed and extra mega pixel of camera quality. http://www.apple.com/iphone-7/specs/
