  • Death of George Denbrough

    George is killed by Pennywise the Clown (It). He was playing with a newspaper boat made by his brother, Bill, when he was murdered

  • Kids Become Friends

    The children meet and become friends over the summer of 1958 and begin to notice odd things occurring in the town of Derry

  • Death of Patrick Hockstetter

    Patrick Hockstetter is killed by It through flying, bloodsucking leeches. It leaves a note in Patrick's blood warning the kids that It will kill them all.

  • Defeat of It (First time)

    Bill Denbrough is able to enter the mind of It and defeat It. The group then takes a blood oath to return to the town of Derry should It ever return.

  • Death of Adrian Mellon

    Adrian Mellon was attacked by a group of homophobic men after spending a day at the fair. After they threw him off the side of a bridge, two witnesses saw a man dressed as a clown take a bite of Adrian Mellon and disappear into a river of balloons.

  • Suicide of Stanley Uris

    Stanley Uris commits suicide after receiving the phone call from Mike Hanlon. After slitting both of his wrists in the bathtub, he writes It in his blood and dies soon after.

  • Six Phone Calls

    Mike Hanlon calls each of the members of the group to tell them that the murders have started again.

  • The kids return

    All of the kids who were in the group return to Derry in order to kill It once and for all.

  • Death of It (Second time)

    The kids (now grown up) make a plan to kill finally kill It. They work together to destroy both It and her eggs to ensure that It never returns. All of them leave Derry and eventually forget about the town and each other for good.
