The Birth of Issac

This is when the Lord visited Sarah, and Sarah had a son. Even though Sarah was very old she still had a son. Also despite them disbeliveing in God, God still fullfilled his promise.

Issac and Jacob

God Protects Hagar and Ishmael

Dec 7, 1820

This is when Ishmael and Hagar are sent out of Abraham's "tribe", and where sent to die in the destert. Before Ishmael almost dies in the destert God saves them with the blessing of water. God leads Ishmael to become a ruler of Eygpt and have a good life with his mother, Hagar.

A Treaty with Abimelech

Dec 8, 1825

This is the time where Abraham is in the land of the Philistines. Abraham has a treaty wiht Abimelech and Phicol (the other tribes in the area). So that Abraham, Abimelech, and Phicol wouold not harm each others people.

Sacrifice of Issac

Dec 8, 1830

This is when Abraham was told from God to sacrifice Issac as a offering to God. When they God to the top of the mountain Issac even prepared the offering and asked Abraham where there was the offering. Abraham almost killed Issac when God said stop and gave Abraham a ram that was stuck in a bush.

Sarah's Death

Dec 8, 1853

Sarah died of old age at 127 years old. She was buried and died in Herbon, Canon. Abraham had her body spicifically buried in a cave called Mechpela east of Herbon.

Issac and Rebekah

Dec 8, 1853

This is when Abraham sends out a servent of his to find a wife for Issac. He told his servent not to find a wife in the land of Canaan. The servent was told by God to chose the one that would give him and his camals water and Revekah did it. Afterwards the servent took Rebekah back to Issac with a lot of support of Rebekahs family and Issac and Rebekcah fell in love at first sight and god married later after.

Abraham's Death and his Decendants

Dec 9, 1865

This talks about Abraham's second wife Keturah. In this event it talks about all the decendents of Abraham after he died. How it lead to the birth of Jacob and Essau

Birth of Essau and Jacob

Dec 9, 1868

This event talks of the birth of the two twins decendents of Issac and Rebekah. They were twins at birth and Essau came out first with jacob coming out. too by holding Essau's leg. So as the end meaning that Essau was the oldest of the two basically.

Essau sells his Birthright

Dec 9, 1888

This is when Jacob and Essau get in a large fight. Where Essau has come from a long time from being in the wilderness and asked Jacob for some food but Jacob would not give him the food. So to get food Jacob made Essau swear the he would get the birth right and after Essau swore he gave Essau the food.

Issac blesses Jacob

Dec 9, 1889

This is when Issac is decieved by Jacob because he is blind and accidently give the birth right to Jacob instead of Essau. Rebekah favored Jacob so when Issac was going to give the blessing to Essau Jacob snuck in dressed as Essau fooling his father and took the blessing.

God's Promise to Issac

Dec 9, 1901

This talks of God giving which was Abrahams blessing to Issac. Where God tells Issac during a huge famine that he must go to Eygpt and live there and that he will be properous. Issac follows God and finds a good place and prospers in Eygpt.

Issac and Abilmech

Dec 9, 1903

This is where Issac was traveling with Rebekah. When you had a waife and you told another man that that man could take her as his servent. So while Issac traveled he did not tell any she was his wife but sister. Abilmech found out and told Issac that he will have no one harm his wife or take her.

Jacob's Dream

Dec 10, 1920

This is where Jacob left his family to escape the anger of Essau. In the dream God shows Jacob angles going up to heavens in a large set of stairs. During this he gives the covenant to Jacob which was given from God to the Fathers before him.

Jacob marries Leah and Rachel

Dec 10, 1925

This is when Jacob find's his wife. Before this he was told not to marry and Cannanite women. So he went to Leban and found his wife.

Jacob Flees from Laban

Dec 10, 1930

This is when Jacob heads back home. In a dream God tells Jacob to back to his fathers land. He goes back with all his possesing angry for what had happened.

Jacob meets Esau

Dec 10, 1950

After Jacob finnaly gets home he has to see his brother Essau. Fearing Essau might kill him he tried to give him half of everything he owned to Essau. Though when they met Essau was overjoyed and so happy he was wiht his brother agian, and Jacob was sorry for what he had done.
